Payment Methods 

We accept all major credit and debit cards and also cash payments. (we do not accept  cheques) Payments are taken in store during our opening hours (please see our opening  hours on our website)  

Deposits 

We ask for a 50% deposit on all orders. Please note that if you cancel your order some or all  of your deposit may not be refundable due to administration costs for re advertising. This  will be judged on an individual order basis. Any balance must be paid prior to or on delivery.  

Before you order 

Before your order is placed please double check your order for sizes, finishes and colour.  The order will be placed exactly as submitted. It is the customers responsibility to ensure  the furniture fits in your desired place and you have enough access for the delivery of your  items. For orders where the furniture does not fit this will be classed as a cancelled order  and delivery charges will apply. For orders where a deposit was taken this will be non  refundable. All measurements given on time of enquiry. 

Collection 

Collection is available on all items with 48 hours notice from the customer to allow us to get  the items ready for collection. 

Delivery 

All delivery quotes are based on the delivery location and order size. This quotation will be  given on the time of order. 

All items are doorstep delivery unless fitting is required, fitting will need to be pre booked  on time of order and hold an additional charge, this will be quoted based on item size. 

Any failure in delivery ie the customer is not present at the property on time of delivery will  be classed as a failed attempt and a second delivery will need to be arranged and will result  in an additional delivery cost. 

Delivery will be pre booked once your items have arrived and the customer will be given a  date and estimated arrival time. 

Lead Times 

The lead times are dependant on the availability of the items. All lead times given to the  customer are estimates and not guaranteed. We ask customers to allow for longer delivery  times during busy periods e.g. Christmas. We cannot be held liable for any delays outside  our control. 

Returns 

When your item(s) arrives please check over it carefully before excepting and signing for the  delivery. Once the delivery note is signed you are agreeing that the item(s) you have  received aren’t faulty, damaged or incorrect. 

If after delivery you notice your item(s) are faulty please contact us as soon as possible with  photos of the issue and we will help resolve the matter quickly and effectively.  

All items that are assembled by West Midlands Furniture Outlet are thoroughly checked  over prior to delivery. 

If your item is returned for any reasons other than faulty your refund will be minus a  collection charge which will be equal as to that of the delivery charge. This is calculated on  location and size of items.

Delivery/Installation Disclaimer 

Please be aware that although our delivery and installation team take every care when  delivering and installing your new products we cannot be held responsible for any damages  that may occur to your property or possessions whilst the delivery/installation is in progress.  It is your responsibility to take every care to cover any carpets or furniture and remove any  valuables and obstructions including pictures from the delivery area in case of any  accidental damages especially when delivering larger, heavier furniture products. 

Warranty 

The majority of items come with a 12 month manufacturing warranty from the date of  purchase. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear from every day use and any  item that has been modified by the customer.  

Ownership Of The Goods 

The products/ furniture supplied or installed by us become your property once we have  received payment for them in full. Any outstanding balances will need to be paid for before  or on the day the delivery takes place.  

Photography 

The customer agrees that the company may use any photography for publicity purposes  which include but are not limited to the company’s website and social media pages.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as  closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may  vary.  

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£)  

Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and  whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted  for errors and omissions.  

Any information displayed on our web site(s) or other printed matter by the company is not  regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be  useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web  site is updated regularly.
